Helsingfors- Raseborg

The route starts from Medborgartorget in the centre of Helsingfors along the Baana towards Västra hamnen. The route continues along cycle paths through Drumsö , from where it continues along cycle paths north and south of Västerleden until Stensvik. From Stensvik (21 km), the route follows the cycle path south of the motorway. At Jorvas before Kyrkslätt, the cycle path joins the Gamla Kustvägen (cycle path on the north side) which is followed to Kyrkslätt.

From the centre of Kyrkslätt , we proceed to Överbyvägen , which changes its name to Östra Kungsvägen after a few kilometres. Just before Pikkala, turn right and cross the river Pikkala along Västra Kungsbron (42 km). At the same time, the road changes name to Västra Kungsvägen but soon becomes Degerbyvägen. In Degerby, you can visit the Degerby Igor Museum (52 km) or take a break in the village shop and café of Degerby Deli.

The journey continues along small asphalt roads on the north side of Highway 51. The next destination is Ingå, where you can visit, for example, Restaurant Sågen in the Strand shopping center. After Ingå , there is about four kilometres of gravel road on the Fagerviksvägen. Fagervik Manor and Fagervik Café (81 km) are a good place to take a break. We take the Kungsvägen/Gamla Kustvägen towards Snappertuna, Raseborg Castle and Linnanvoud’s cupboard (95 km) and Norrby (about 5 km on a gravel road) to the end of the journey at Ekenäs traffic centre. If you want to avoid the gravel road section, turn off before Snappertuna onto road 1103 (87 km) towards Karis and then along highway 25 to Ekenäs.
